Sealing a Garage Floor

Hello All

I am new on here.

Can anyone please advise if I need to seal the garage floor prior to painting it.?

I have no intention of keeping a car in the garage

Get rid of any dust and prime floor with a mix of pva and water. 3 parts water to 1 part pva would do it. Wait until it dries then a couple of coats of your floor paint will do the trick
