Hi folks,
my mum bought this shed http://www.buyshedsdirect.co.uk/garden-sheds/metal-sheds/10-x-8-yardmaster-green-metal-shed and had some builders assemble it on a concrete base.
the assembly was done however they've not sealed it. being lancashire the rain water is coming through the base.
Now from some basic research i've read about black jack and how its to be applied from the outside - what else can i do?
one other thing - two of the sides are against a wall and are impossible to get access.

this is the shed
as you can see the gaps are a bit tight to get inbetween. so what can i do externally or internally?
