Sealing and cleaning - Topps victorian mosaic floor tiles

Hi, just laid some of these in a little front hall, black and white, porcelain quarry tiles.

On the advice of the guy in Topps, sealed before and after grouting with topps unpolished protector.
Cleaning them is still a real pain though. Dirt seems to really stick to them and is hard to shift. I'm using topps tile and stone cleaner.

Any advice?
