Sealing Tiled Wall To Real Wood Worktops

JUst wondering, on the new kitchen we I am installing real wood worktops, what's the best way to seal between the tiled splashback & the timber worktop?

Obviously anything that could potentially trap water will promote mould growth.

Does that not trap moisture under it 'in' the wood?
