Sealing tiles used outside

Over the weekend I've used a job-lot of off-cut tiles to create a "gaudi" type wall covering in my garden. The tiles are a mixture of ceramic and porcelain. The grout is for external use. Now that the wall has completely dried out I think I ought to apply a sealant over the whole of it. BUT what sort/make of sealant should I use. The wall is roughly south facing and so will catch a fair bit of sun (if that matters).
Can anyone advise me please ?
