sealing tiles

iv been ask to do a job in spain they want to rent out there villa they have a tiled floor but if anything gets spilt it stains so can i seal it . its inside and out side by the pool.

Not sure of what the tiles are untill we see them. Think there a type of quarry tile.

Also i wont be able to take the seal with me so will need to buy in spain near mercia . Do you know of a make of seal we can purchase out there?
