I use veneered MDF for small furniture projects. My problem is common. How can I successfully seal the end grain. I use cellulose dyes, sealers and top coats. I have tried end sealer in the past and have never had a success yet. In short, how do I get a professional finish?
Thanks

have you tried iron on edging or glue on edging making sure you thoroughly coat all the exposed edges with the glue to seal it

As big-all says, your board supplier should also be able to get matching real wood veneer iron on edging. you only need this on edges that will show and it can be finished in the same way are the rest of the boards.

If your stockist can't help, I get mine from this firm
