Seals on food and drink..

I got a multipack of orange drink, but when using them, noticed that the levels were lower than normal.

Upon opening them, I noticed that the seal on the lid had been broken already.

So what recourse can I take? I'd opened it again, as I wasn't aware that it wasn't already opened, so how to prove that it had been opened before me?

You should take it back and allow the shop to deal with it because they may have had others.

Another post that didn't read the OP post, IF the bottle was opened, then HOW to take it back to the shop, as they would say YOU opened it...hence the OP post..and the origional question? Why do people NOT read what is written?

Because you aren't very important around here.

The supermarket will take it back in case it's been contaminated.

I opened all of them, but only one had a broken seal, all were lower filled than expected.

I suppose I could take an empty bottle back to the supermarket, and complain that it was opened before I opened it, but I don't think they would believe me?

I found the end of a fork embedded in a pie once, took that back to the shop, and they just offered me a refund, maybe I could just invent the story, and take the end of a fork handle into a shop and say I found it, or that I did actually find it in the pie, and the bottle already open.

Anyway, I've complained to the shop, waiting for a response.

I don't like to think so, as you disrespect others views, and cause them to leave, when they have their own point of view to make, disagree with some pointless answer, that nobody can disagree with?

Why can't you accept someone that disagrees with you, take the point on board, accept to disagree? Rather than force another member to leave the site, due to excessive disagreements?
