Thinking of adding a second thermostatic shower as the instructions that came with 1.5bar pump said it can run 2 showers. The run to the second shower will be 10m what size pipe should I use for this length of run, the instructions that came with pump don't say anything.

Don't believe everything you read; I think you may struggle to run 2 high volume shower heads simultaneously with a 1.5 Bar pump, especially if you have drencher heads fitted. Personally I have a 2.5 Bar pump running 2 x 200mm drenchers & all my pipework from the storage tanks through the pump to the shower mixers is in 22mm copper, only reducing to 15mm at the head.
