hi .. has any one had the same problems as I do with the thermostat.
1.. timers are set but they don't shut of when time is up.
2. is it best to run or not to run on auto..?
3. what is the best day and night time temps to run at..
as the council will not send any one out to look at it and I have uploaded instructions and still to no avail....
what ever happened to the old fashioned dial timers..?

I have that thermostat. I have the times set and it's set to auto and run.

As well as the timers you have to set the minimum day and night temperatures above the run option? I think if these are too high the heating will stay on.

I have set it and don't touch it, I had one fail on me and I've read they are not amazingly reliable
