Self Levelling Compound on Weyroc

I want (I started actually) to lay engineered wood in an upstairs bedroom, but there is a now a noticeable dip in the floor.

Can I use self leveller on it?

Are you cross laying laminate over floor boards?

14 mm engineered wood along the line of 2 foot wide-ish weyroc boards.
