Self levelling latex over vinyl tiles ?

Im laying a new floor in my bathroom, probably just some type of vinyl flooring.

At the moment there's the original pink and black vinyl tiles , can i put some self levelling latex over these or is it best to scrape them up and go back to the concrete floor?

It's unlikely a self leveller will be able to stick to the flooring you have there, Id say it's a case of getting back to the concrete.
Rumour has it a shovel comes in handy...
