I am looking to board out a section in my loft for storage and access to a boiler/water storage. The roof is hipped with flat tiles fixed with mortar to lats. Due to the age of the roof (1930s) there is lots of dust and lumps of mortar falling into the loftspace.
I would like a suggestion of a product to fix quickly to the rafters so that I can work in a better enviroment whilst doing the boarding/insulation/rewiring/boiler installation and retain to keep the wife's junk dust free.
i have discounted stapling up polythene sheeting as it would get condensation on it. Is this correct.
My friendly roofer tells me not to rush into a new roof as mine is OK in his opinion. He has lived on two houses on my street so has experience of the roofs.
Thanks
