Sentinel Combiguard cartridge - how to remove?

Hi all,

I have a Sentinel Combiguard cartridge fitted within the heating system and I need to remove it to replace it with a new cartridge.

Question: How do I remove it?? I have unscrewed the small screw, twisted the cartridge round but could not take it off.

I did not want to force it too hard and thought I best ask here first before doing anything further!

Once twisted they need a good tug downwards.

Thanks, I did try that, but was worried I would get the pipe coming loose!

I'll give it another go...
