Service Kit for Franke Bridge Mixer taps

The Mixer Taps in the Kitchen are Franke " Bridge " Mixer
Is there such a thing as a service kit that contains all the O rings

The Taps Leak at the top and also appear to stick
I have changed the washer at the bottom but the leak continues

You can turn the Cold tap on 60% open before any water comes out
No pressure problems


Also the Top part of the tap is loose and the white ceramic disc that covers the screw has fallen off
How do i replace this ?
or would i be better off getting a new set of taps
