Servis 6003S washer - no hot water?

Hi All, hope you can help?
There does not appear to be any hot water entering the machine as washing is cold when wash is finished. There is also a damp / musty smell. The filter is clear and tap on hot inlet is turned on. If for some reason the machine is not taking in hot water, should it not heat up electrically?

first of all the wash comes out cold at the end ,does the soap powder go down on the wash if so then hot supply is working . also yes it does heat up by a heater during the wash .
