Servis 9020 reset

Hello all.
I have a Servis 9020 (Easi Logic 1200) washer dryer. When it is switched on the lights light up but when I select a program nothing happens but the lights stay on. I think (but am not sure) I need to reset it. Does anyone out there know whats up or how to reset it?
