Servis Easilogic 1300 - all lights on!

Hi, i have an Easilogic 1300 and the other day the dryer seemed to be going on too long, I switched it off and waited for the door to unlock, when it did the washing inside was still wet and cold. Turned off the machine and when I turned it back on every light came on and the machine won't do a thing!

Any ideas would help massively, thanks.
