hi, this is my first visit to your forum and i hope some genius out there can sort the problem for me as the guy who came to look at the machine didnt offer any opinion at all as to what might be wrong with it , he just said scrap it and buy a new one. what happened was , i did a quick wash in it and as this programe doesn't spin the clothes dry enough for hanging inside on a wet day ,i decided to run the spin programe when the wash had finished. a few seconds after selecting the spin program the excess water drained out which it always does at the start of any program and when she went to spin there was a small bang which seemed to come from the front of the machine ,and all the power left it. the machine now does absolutely nothing, no lights ,no clicking ,absolutley dead. i had someone check it today to see if there was power coming into the machine and there is but nothing works .i would be grateful if you could give me any idea as to what the problem is and if it is worth fixing .the machine is about five years old

sevis went bust 2 years ago some parts are still around. poss blown pcb up which will cost up to £100.00 plus labour

what exactly is the pcb as i have been looking on parts websites and cant come across it anywhere
