servis - fast spin problem

i have a 3015a (i think) the caress 1500 a model anyway

it will only fast spin when the drum is crammed full of clothes and wont when the drum is only at normal load or less

what is broken/needs renewing?

nobody got an idea why the weight of the drum affects whether will fast spin?

Out of balance detection electronics faulty.
Machine is designed not to spin if it can't balance the load.

so should i try a new pcb as my next repair attempt?
