i changed the brushes on this machine after poor spin performance could see the brushes sparking on spin now the machine wont spin unless the spin speed is set at 500 any other spin speed i.e 1600 max it will get up to speed then all lights and digital display will flicker then machine turn off and reset i have checked motor armature and all seems ok no earth fault or windings defective could it be the first capacitor where the mains lead comes in faulty as a few weeks ago the wires going in from the mains supply burnt through any help please
