Servis M9412W Washer Dryer - Door won't lock

Hi

Hope someone can help!

My Servis washer dryer (M9412W) is working intermitantly. It seems like it might be the door lock not activating - usually when it's working OK there is a click and then it starts up. But at the moment there is no click, the door doesn't lock and nothing happens.

Is there an easy way of checking the locking mechanism or fixing it?

Door lock out and meter the connections to see if it's working.
If you're unsure about doing this then it's engineer time I'm afraid.
