Servis washer door not opening HELP!

Hope someone can help me please?
My servis washing machine door wont open, all the waters drained out but i cant get it to open, have tried putting it on lots of different cycles but no joy.
Anyone help please? I've got mounds of washing building up!

Obviously you need to unplug before opening up the machine but you can often get the door open by reaching down inside the machine from the top with the lid removed. You should see the door switch and you can usually see the tip of the door catch hook poking slightly through a square hole in the switch. What you need to do is get a flat blade screwdriver and push that hook toward the centre of the drum (ie to your left when facing the machine)
