Servis Washing Machine Issues

Hi All,

I have a Servis machine which seems to have developed two faults

Firstly it makes a very weird loud noise when filling

Secondly it does not seem to drain properly and spin and the clothes are sometimes left wet and still soapy

Any help is appreciated
