Hi. Just a quick question.

The sewerage vent pipe on my roof does not have a protective cover over it. Does it need one and should it have one?

Its a new build development and the first house has them. Then the remaining 4 don't.

Thanks

Mark

Should do really preventing birds blocking the pipe etc

With the problems you are having I would certainly get an independent report on your roof. It sounds like incapable roofers to me.

how can the lack of a cage on an s.v.p. be attributed to roofers.

Read it wrong between sips of tea. Thought it was lead slate around the base of soil pipe and tiles. Now I see the light.

He has had trouble with his verges, this is what I meant.
