Found out recently i have a shared mains supply with next door, after having a Combi fitted in apr 07. Next door has been advised not to go for combi because of shared mains supply.

Next door has been vacant since combi fitted as being totally refurbed.

Can anyone tell me is this likely to cause serious issues for me when they reoccupy? With regard to boiler fed non electric shower etc.

Also if so, is there anyway of ensuring constant supply input levels by fitting some form of pump/ suction device at the immediate point of entry that will help prioritise our supply over next door.

If not is it possible to put a hot water tank back in with the combi system to ensure pressure remains constant at peak times?

Any advise greatly appreciated (apart from get a decent plumber to fit your boiler next time which is already acknowledged) ;)
