Shed Base?

Hi All,

I'm about to go about building a shed in the gravel area in my garden. What is the best base to use? The shed is going to be converted into an office. I'm assuming I can't just drop the shed directly on top of the gravel.....

I lay concrete blocks on there side then 2"x 3" bearers then the shed.
