I am building a pallet shed which is going to be 3x2 m
I want to build a concrete base
I understand that I need to put hardcore whack it down and the concrete on top
do I need a dpm and how many bags of concrete will I need

I'm going to hire a whacker anyone know any cheap places near dagenham
