Hey all, first post so please be gentle.
In the process of buying a house with a Shed s(14x8)w utility which had a boiler (with tube into roof) and washer+dryer in, electric and electric sockets etc
I have 2 motorcycle i would like to store in and i would like to insulate properly.

The shed her a wavy metal roof, a wavy metal wall on one side, a stone wall art the back and a wooden wall with a window on the other side, plus door.

Could somebody please advise on the best way to insulate this shed? I have some photos attached, my main questions are:

Metal roof and one metal wall: there is some rust, is there any special protective paint i can use?
Am planning to give it a clean, do a close cell expanding foam and board it up with mdf thereafter., Same with the rest of the shed. Would this be the best approach?
Also, what's the best way in terms of ventilation?

Many thanks, any info appreciated.
