Shed power question

Hi,

Currently I have 2 double sockets and a light in my shed.
From what I can see at the minute the shed is powered via a switch (not fused). At the minute i'm not sure if the power for the shed is from the light circuit or the mains circuit.

I'm looking to rewire this so the light if powered via the light ring and the socket via the socket ring.

What would be the best way to go about this?

No offence, from what you write, the best solution would be to bring in a suitably qualified spark.

no point in putting two seperate feeds to the shed, i'd have thought you'd have noticed if it was fed off the lighting circuit.

how is the shed wired to the house?
