shed roof price

I am sick of my 2 sheds leaking, I was thinking of getting a good jobs done on them by a local roofer ie proper torched on felt, they are both 8"x6" any rough guides on how much to expect to pay?

Christ you don’t need a torched felt roof on a garden shed, it’ll probably cost you more than a new shed. A decent quality roof felt, properly fixed should last at least 10 years; my current shed roof felt has been on 7 years with no sign of problems & the roof on a shed at my previous property only needed re-felting after 15 years. Last year I re-felted another 25 year old shed I inherited at my current property & I expect that will now outlast me!

how old are the sheds what condition are they in ???
do you plan on treating them every 2 or 3 years to keep them in tip top condition
if the answer is yes then spend £300 on a 3 layer torch on felt roof
if not then just re-felt ever few years
until the wood is no longer servisable
