Hi
I am assembling a shed that I did not take apart.
All has gone well so far but I have a puzzle with the roof. It is in two halves and slots into a cut out at the apex nicely where I can see it was fixed to each other and the end walls of the shed.
However the two lower edges appear to just sit on the walls, there are no screw holes or fixings and nothing obvious as a way of doing so. If not fixed there is a clear risk of the wind catching the edge and lifting the whole roof off.
Secondly. The two halves have battens that extend beyond the edge of the roof at one end however when sitting on the shed the two halves do not match up, one half has the "extra" at one end the other half it is at the other end. The roof is also 45mm longer than the walls.
I am completely baffled by this and before I 'make it fit' I wondered if anyone could shed some light on it all for me. (Sorry pun intended)
