Hi all

Fist DIY project and need some advise, please see attached pictures.

Thinking of building a shed (outbuilding) 3 x 3 (9m2) using 2 existing walls, or 4x3 at the end of my rear garden.

1 – Can I use my parameter / Boundry walls? To put joist or rafters for the roof or use it as one of the walls for the shed (Outbuilding)
2 – What is the maximum area of the shed I can build? I am thinking of 3 x 3 (9m2).
3 – Do I have to build 2 side walls from non-combustible? Or I can make them from wood/stud frame and put cladding.
4 – DO I NEED A PLANNING PERMISSION IF USING EXISTING PARAMETER WALL?

Thanks & regards
