Sheet vinyl and ply

Daughter wants sheet vinyl in her cloakroom

Concrete (beam and block with skim) floor is pretty flat and smooth, room is about 2 m sq.

Am considering using ply underneath to lift the surface and probably warm the surface.

while I could screw it down would contact adhesive do?

Is the concrete dry ? Ho along it been down ?

for a small cloakroom over a smooth finished B&B floor i would leave as is, and then i would simply loose lay the sheet vinyl, and use perimeter stick down D/S tape after the vinyl had settled.

Jumpax plus vinyl would be a little too thick.

What 9mm to thick ? What thickness ply were you going to use ?
