OK guys. how can i make a shelf fit perfectly onto a wall (brick) which is not straight but, as per houses, at a slight angle/curve.

It is not really a shelf but a side of a wardrobe (the side is fixed onto "slightly curved" wall, and I need my top, plinth and shelves to be "slightly cut curved" to make good ficing to wall.

This is doing my head in

You will have to scribe them to the wall. It is fairly easy to do with a compass
like this example shows.........

Or you could use this method which does the same thing .You will need to hold a level vertically up to the wall and find out the largest distance of the variation caused by the curve. Then make a spacer the same size as this measurement and you can then put your wardrobe side in place and level it up with it touching the wall at the peak of the curve and by using the spacer and a pencil you place the spacer to the wall and run it from top to bottom drawing a line against it as you go and this will exactly replicate the curve of the wall . This shows you what I've tried to describe above......

The same job can also be achieved with just a pencil and a steel washer too but I think I'll have bored you enough by now.
