Short door-- how much can i take off top and bottom

I have a very odd shape door frame.. 20" by 71".. i can get doors that fit the width but cant seem to find anyone that does a 71" (or near) height door.

Its for a loo so i have to get one on there, so how much can i trim off the top and bottom of a 78" door.. i know it cutting too much off will weaken the door but i dont really have much choice.. unless anyone knows where i can get shorter doors.

if you are buying the cheap style doors from b & q etc they normally have a 30 x 30mm softwood surround with an egg box style centre. in this case cut it down in height remove the 3mm facing fron the offcut push the egg box stlye filler down a bit in the door and put the softwood back in the end with pva wood glue and clamp overnight
