on the news to-day M.Ps are looking at making alco's and druggies pay for there own booze and drugs , talk about a no brainer have these poor people not got enough on there plate lucky they are not fat they would get bu##er all, next thing they will make the poor sods go to work, thats if they could find a job.

Next they'll be expecting people with bad teeth caused by eating stuff, to pay for the treatment themselves.

Yes, anyone with a pulsating red nose should be turned away from the A&E and sent to the M&B to get some pain numbing treatment.

TBH though, our local hospitals are full of certain foreign type people, who don't actually appear to be sick, but have a stomach ache, or a cut finger, and yet they clog up the place while some person bleeds to death at the end of the queue.
