Should I block a hole on a wall under a bath or leave it for ventilation?

There are a couple of holes each the size of half a brick in the inner brickwork under my bath which is on the 2nd floor.

Should I block or leave them for ventilation?

I suppose if I have cavity insulation fitted it could cause a problem?

I would block them myself, bit of ready mix mortar in a small bag from DIY store.
In fact I used bubble wrap foil insulation on the outside walls under the bath as well.

100mm of it? A single layer would be largely ineffective.

Fill the entire space under the bath with it, keep the water warmer longer

Block them up. Ventilating cavity wall insulation reduces its effectiveness

i would say anything thats not expected is always better brought to standard
yes it may ventilate but as its hidden it can cause all sorts off problems as its unexpected--- it can also send moisture in a hidden way to where it can do enormous damage unseen or known but source unfound because off non-standard construction or choice off unusual routing
much better to do things the normal 'more predictable way as it simplifies everything from fault-finding to predicting whats needed to get a known outcome ----
--- and as woody says fire spread via an unknown rout or passage
