shower connection

i am having a problem finding a very simple thing on the net. I have llong hair and have to wash it standing over the bath using a cup but i would like to buy one of those cheap shpwer connections that are usually plastic and all you have to do is connect it to each tap and it comes out but i can't find any. Does anyone know what i am talking about and where i can get it from?
