Hi all,
we have a rather tricky shower dilemma, and am hoping someone can give us an answer.
I'm putting in a whole new bathroom, to replace the rather nifty maroon one that was fitted sometime ago
Anyways, as per most people I really want a shower, but our sytem seems to be different to most places.
We have no tank in the loft, 2 seperate boilers, ones a central Heating bolier upstairs in the airing Cupboard, and we have a newly fitted, to replace the 20yr old one, MAIN instant hot water boiler.
This is the way hot water is distributed to all the taps in the house, though this boiler.
Now I think I have enough pressure to get away with a mover tap, I bought one of the £5 shove on the taps one to test, and it seemed reasonable.
However I have seen these Croydex Venturi Showers, which everyone seems to sell:
Some places reckon they will work off 'any water system' where as others say you need a tank.
Does anyone know if there would be a problem running off instantly heated mains water - is there a chance it could damage the boiler?
Many thanks
Dan
