Shower Drain Leak

The piping to my shwoer drain is connected right over an electrical outlet for my dryer the problem is that now its leaking in a thin stream on top of the outlet we've replaced the piping, bt the seal isn't holding different types of seal and its still not holding any suggestions?

check ur wastes..diff type are avb..pushfit or solvent weld..slightly diff size.
btw...dont want it nr the electrics...dont sound safe to me
