Hi there
I have a shower connected to a mixer tap powered through my Biasi combi boiler (5 years old).
The shower has recently started to go hot and then cold continuously every 15 seconds or so. I've checked the boiler and it goes out with similar regularity.
The basin also has a mixer tap, but this works fine and the boiler remains on while hot water (at any temperature) is running.
I've tried adjusting the water pressure, but no success.
I've read other possible solution from a pressure controlled shower head, or a block in the heat exchange on the boiler, but it doesn't seem to be a boiler problem.
As a novice, i'm wondering if the hotter weather means that the amount of hot water required is less for a shower, and thus the cold water is dominating?
Any ideas anyone? Any help appreciated!!!
