Shower Model - Triton Enlight

Hi Guys,
My sisters shower is leaking from the part marked in red,



from the area in red,




Can anyone identify the part for me so I can order a new one please, or is it a case of a washer / O ring inside the leaking part?

They call it the stabiliser valve..there's a couple of types depending on age around £40 to £60 plus carriage.
Hardly worth repairing and better to replace the entire unit.
