Hi, I am really stuck with a problem on a leaking aqualisa shower. The copper pipe which goes into the wall outlet elbow hose connector as shown in photos is not making a proper seal. As a result water is coming out of everywhere on the outlet/ hose connector, the holes in outlet around where it joins the pipe as well as down the wall below. The copper pipe is quite short but I have attached a gripper ring as shown and still no resolution. Anyone any ideas how to sort this? Thanks in advance
