I have recently installed a thermostatic mixer shower. The supplies are both high pressure. The shower will not warm up, if i isoltate the cold water, then it runs hot at the same temp as coming from the boiler but as soon as the cold is open it is barely warm even when on the hottest setting. Is this the shower that is not working correctly?
