Shower model? (Hansgrohe)

Hey DIYNotters

Our shower doesn't get any cooler when I turn down the tap.

Can anybody tell me the model? I have Googled and Googled

I guess I may need a new cartridge but not sure.

The red button doesn't pop out either, hasn't for a long time. Stuck in.

Never really been an issue but annoying. Related?
