Has anyone any one installed one of these on a mains fed shower?, it gives a typical performance of 5.0LPM at 3.2M (0.32Bar) with a power consumption of 12.6watts, 5.0LPM is OK for a electric shower but a boost pressure of 0.32bar won't achieve a awful lot. most (electric) shower state that a minimum pressure of 1.0bar is required at the shower to give their rated flow, ~ 8.0LPM for a 9.0kw shower, this certainly isn't true of my Triton T80Z nor was it true of my old Mira Sport, both required ~ 2.2bar and only flow(ed) 5.0LPM at 1.0bar, just enough to close the heating element micro switches, so the above pump should boost the 1.0bar bar pressure to 1.32 bar and increase the flowrate to 5.75LPM, the flowrate is just about OK for a 9kw shower in summer conditions but the pressure at this would be borderline for closing the microswitches and very borderline if only 0.8bar at the shower, say 1.0bar static pressure.
