Shower PRD

Hi can anyine help i have fitted a shower at the weekend and the PRD keeps operating my shower head is running freely and there are no kinks in the pipes what can it be please help as i can't use my shower until its fixed.

Its a Gainsborough Shower 9.5 kw

you can't usually reset a prd it will have to be replaced

Could try turning down your water pressure at the isolater valve (if fitted) if it is getting too much flow
