What's the best way to determine if my shower's cold water is coming direct from the mains? We have a gravity-fed system with a cold water storage tank in the attic, but I'm not 100% sure it supplys the shower.

Turn cold mains off, if the cold keeps running it’s tank feed.stops it’s mains.
