It was ok yesterday afternoon when I had a shower, then stopped working in the evening and hasn't worked since. I've checked the fuse and tried draining the hot water tank, but no joy.

Any advice on my next move?

Get someone in or give us a few clues like the make and model of the pump - sorry psychic links playing up again.

I don't know which fuse you've checked, but you have confirmed whether or not there is power to the pump?

If there is, then you should consider fault-finding the pump. This is difficult to help you with without knowing the make/model.

If no power to the pump, then consider posting your next question on the Electrics UK section.

Is water coming out of the shower, but the pump not pumping, OR is there no water at the shower?

Ok, good point. It's an Easiboost Turbo, installed by myself approx 18 months ago and working fine up to now.

There is water coming from the shower but the pump isn't kicking in.
